Our Mission

At EZ Transitions, our mission is simple but powerful: to provide safe, affordable shared housing for veterans experiencing homelessness and returning citizens rebuilding after incarceration. We believe stability begins with a home — and from there, dignity, health, employment, and independence can flourish.

Why We Exist

Metro Atlanta faces a growing housing crisis:

  • 30,000–50,000 veterans are at risk of housing insecurity.

  • 5,000–7,000 people return from incarceration each year needing housing.

  • Affordable rentals are scarce, and many individuals are turned away due to criminal history or limited income.

I started EZ Transitions because I saw these gaps firsthand. As a U.S. Army veteran and small business owner, I know what it means to work hard, overcome obstacles, and start over. I also know how difficult it can be when the most basic need — housing — isn’t met.

EZ Transitions was created to fill this gap with real solutions: shared, all-inclusive homes that lower barriers to entry while creating accountability and community.

Our Programs

  • VET (Veterans EZ Transitions): Affordable housing for veterans on SSDI, VA benefits, or pensions.

  • RISE (Reentry Into Stable Environments): Supportive housing for returning citizens that meets parole and probation requirements.

Each program is designed to make placements simple and sustainable for case managers, social workers, and parole/probation officers.
