Through our VET and RISE programs, we offer stable, all-inclusive homes designed to meet the unique needs of individuals experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, or barriers to rental housing due to criminal records or fixed income.
VET – Veterans EZ Transitions
The Veterans EZ Transitions (VET) program provides affordable veteran housing in Metro Atlanta for those experiencing homelessness or unstable living conditions. Our shared housing model is fully furnished, all-inclusive, and designed for veterans living on SSDI, VA benefits, or fixed pensions. By lowering barriers to entry, we create safe and supportive homes that help veterans rebuild with dignity.
RISE – Reentry Into Stable Environments
The RISE program (Reentry Into Stable Environments) delivers supportive reentry housing in Metro Atlanta for individuals returning home after incarceration. Our structured, shared housing provides stability and accountability while meeting parole and probation requirements. With all-inclusive rent and immediate availability, RISE helps returning citizens secure second chances and reduce the risk of recidivism.
